The 9th Gakar Rimpoche Ngawang Tenzin Gyurmed

I would like to thank the Big Ben Silent Minute Prayer for World Peace.  I think this is a really great movement of sharing awareness of how to appreciate peace, silence for humanity and for this globe.  All humanity, all races whatever colour you are and all nations wherever you come from, the feelings and the idea we share are the same.  We want Peace, we want happiness and we don’t want suffering or misery that is the mutual feeling and sense that we all share.  If you don’t want to suffer you have to be a good person and provide peace and happiness to others if not you will disturb their inner peace and silence. Therefore to make humanity happy, peaceful and harmonious this must start from yourself.  From this day on I would like you to say the Silent Minute Prayer for world peace at least twice a day, first thing in the morning and before you go to sleep then this would make the world a better place to live.
